Guided group tours are available by reservation to groups of ten or more people. Tours range in duration from one hour to one and a half hours. They are led by museum docents (gallery guides) who are specifically trained in the West Valley Art Museum docent program. Tours must be reserved a minimum of ten business days in advance.
Public tours are also available for groups of nine or fewer people with paid admission.

Schedule Your Visit
For the convenience of our visitors and the security of our exhibitions, groups of ten or more must call for reservations (623.972.0635). Tours should be scheduled a minimum of ten business days in advance. Unscheduled group visits are eligible for group-tour rates, but are not guaranteed a private docent-led tour. A confirmation letter and additional tour information by e-mail after your reservation has been received.
*Add shopping in the Museum Store to your group's itinerary. A 10% discount on group tour lunches are available for groups with a minimum order of ten. A lunch order form will be sent along with the confirmation letter by e-mail. (No outside food is permitted in the museum). Please inform the group tours office of your lunch plans when you make your tour reservation.

3. Two possible dates and times for your visit

Please note: Unless specifically advertised, all other coupons, vouchers, memberships, or museum promotions do not apply to group admission rates. Cash, checks, credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), and city purchase orders are acceptable. Tours must be paid in full in one transaction before the tour begins. Payment can be made in advance or at the admissions desk upon arrival.
